If you have done some of the early Minuteman quests, you will likely have found a suit of T-45 Power Armor.
You can find a full set in the wreck of the USS Riptide. The raider leader named Boomer wears a full set at Outpost Zimonja and can be defeated for the suit. The Third Rail is a jazz club located in a repurposed subway station.
